Tuesday, June 27

  • 9:00 am – Registration Open | Exhibits open
  • 10:30 am – Opening Service: Michael Boney and Eileen Guenther at Boston Avenue UMC
  • 12:00 pm – Catered Lunch (included in registration)
  • 1:30 pm – Workshops at Boston Avenue
  • 3:00 pm – Recital: Colin MacKnight at First United Methodist
  • 6:00 pm – Dinner at Trinity Episcopal (included in registration)
  • 7:30 pm – Recital: Ahreum Han Congdon
  • 9:00 pm – Exhibits Open (cash bar)

Wednesday, June 28

  • 9:00 am – Breakfast Meeting (included in registration)
  • 11:00 am – Recital: Brent te Velde at Holy Family Cathedral
  • 12:00 pm – Lunch on your own, exhibits open
  • 2:00 pm – Bus to Southminster Presbyterian for RCYO Winner’s Recital
  • 4:45 pm – Organ Prelude and Choral Evensong at Saint John’s Episcopal
  • 6:00 pm – Dinner at Saint John’s (included in registration)
  • 7:30 pm – Recital: Nathan Laube at Saint John’s
  • 9:30 pm – Exhibits Open (cash bar)

Thursday, June 29

  • 9:00 am – Workshops at First Baptist Church (shuttles available)
  • 11:15 am – Recital: Melissa Plamann at Trinity Episcopal
  • 12:30 pm – Lunch on your own, exhibits open
  • 2:00 pm – Workshops at the Convention Hotel
  • 3:30 pm – Choral Concert TBA
  • 4:30 pm – Dinner on your own
  • 7:30 pm – Recital: Jonathan Ryan at Boston Avenue UMC (shuttles available)
  • 9:30 pm – Exhibits Open (last chance)

Friday, June 30

  • 9:30 am – Buses leave for tours of: Historic Greenwood, Philbrook Museum, or Gathering Place
  • 12:00 pm – Buses arrive at Cherry Street for lunch on your own
  • 2:00 pm – Recital: Crista Miller at Christ the King Catholic Church
  • 6:00 pm – Closing Banquet at First Presbyterian (included in registration)
  • 7:30 pm – Duo Recital: Ken Cowan and Bradley Welch
  • 9:00 pm – Gala Reception at First Presbyterian
